When you book we ask you for a $20% deposit to confirm.  We ask for the balance 14 days before the trip. If we have to cancel a full refund (or alternative dates if preferred) will be given. 

If you cancel a charter more than 30 days prior to the charter, the deposit less $250 cancellation fee will be refunded. 

If less than 30 days notice is given, all monies less $250 cancellation fee will be refunded if a substitute booking is obtained.
